Program and Community Manager (People Operations)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco, with at least three days a week in the office.

Salary: $171,000 – $220,000 per year.

What you will do

• Redesign and host the end-to-end onboarding experience to ensure new hires feel productive and connected by week two.
• Manage internal communications, including all-hands meetings and Slack norms, to ensure clarity and reduce overwhelm.
• Own company-wide events like the company kickoff (CKO) and support revenue team QBRs.
• Standardize team offsite (colo) logistics through a self-serve portal for team leads.
• Project manage the New York office buildout and lead office coordinators in SF and NYC to drive in-office engagement.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a storyteller and host with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building durable, repeatable programs for events, onboarding, or internal communications.
• High-agency mindset with the ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous environments.
• Instinctive use of AI and automation to streamline repeatable tasks.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office at least three days per week.
