Ecosystem Operations Manager (AI)

Location: New York, NY; on-site

What you will do

• Scale education programs through curriculum operations, certification programs, learner journeys, platform administration, and governance.
• Coordinate builder community, partner enablement, developer relations, and ecosystem programs.
• Create developer-facing documentation, tutorials, videos, and technical enablement materials.
• Plan and execute certification launches, builder summits, partner workshops, developer days, and community activations.
• Build operational systems, reporting, and processes that help the Partnerships and Ecosystems team scale.
• Measure certification adoption, partner activation, community engagement, content effectiveness, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in ecosystem operations, developer relations, community programs, partner enablement, program management, or a related function.
• Experience operating and scaling customer, partner, or developer programs at an enterprise SaaS or developer platform company.
• Experience creating developer-facing content, including documentation, tutorials, videos, or technical enablement materials.
• Fluency with modern AI tools and workflows, including practical knowledge of AI agents, LLMs, and developer tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing customer-facing and executive-ready communications.
• Willingness to travel as needed for education, partner enablement, ecosystem events, builder programs, and community engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience with scaled developer ecosystems, learning platforms, partner communities, or global ecosystem programs.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, community platforms, event operations, and modern content creation tools.
• Experience with AI platforms, developer tools, enterprise software ecosystems, software development, solutions engineering, or technical implementation.
