Location: On-site in Chicago

Compensation: OTE $189K – $289K + Equity

What you will do

  • Independently manage the full B2B sales cycle from initiation to close for mid-market corporates and law firms.
  • Develop a robust pipeline through a strategic combination of inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Establish trusted relationships with key decision-makers to uncover pain points and deliver tailored AI solutions.
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations that drive adoption and move deals forward.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Legal teams to align the platform with customer needs.
  • Contribute to the refinement of mid-market sales motions and GTM processes to facilitate scaling.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, go-to-market, or comparable roles within high-performing SaaS or top-tier consultancy.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end deals with multiple stakeholders and consistently hitting targets.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Chicago.
  • Strong discovery and storytelling skills to translate complex workflows into value-based narratives.
  • Founder-like mindset with a proactive approach to spotting friction and building scalable playbooks.
