TL;DR
IT Project Manager (Fintech): Managing IT projects related to Global Markets Operations, driving initiatives from build to production with an accent on Agile/Scrum delivery. Focus on coordinating testing and deployment activities, tracking budgets, and ensuring compliance standards are met.

Salary: USD $100,000 - US$145,000

What you will do
- Own and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, keeping it in sync with the global program timeline and flagging risks.
- Track IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies end-to-end, adjusting plans as the project evolves.
- Ensure all IT documentation is produced, up to date, and properly archived to meet governance and compliance standards.
- Coordinate testing and deployment activities across IT teams, and stay on top of post-release bugs until closure.
- Communicate project status clearly and regularly to stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, and IT leadership.
- Drive delivery readiness at each phase gate, from UAT through go-live handover to production support.
Requirements
- 5 to 9 years of experience in IT project management within financial services, ideally covering operations or regulatory programs.
- Hands-on Jira experience and solid understanding of Agile/Scrum; PMP is a plus.
- Comfortable working across IT Business Analysts, Developers, and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Familiar with back office or post-trade systems (Global Markets context is a strong plus).
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
