What you will do

• Lead technical project implementations for fraud detection and identity solutions for major North American financial institutions.
• Oversee delivery teams across organizational boundaries to define roadmaps and program interdependencies using Agile.
• Act as a bridge between delivery, engineering, product, and sales to recommend insightful technical solutions.
• Perform executive status reporting on change management, current state assessments, and implementation strategies.
• Guide the planning and coordination of daily activities and manage subject matter experts.
• Develop best practices, artifacts, and templates for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of functional experience and 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager (PMP certification encouraged).
• Experience leading large-scale technology modernization projects using Agile and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in managing the SDLC using tools like MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to advise financial institution partners and facilitate executive steering committees.
• Must be based in the United States.
