What you will do

• Conduct research and analysis to establish rates and pricing strategies aligned with profitable premium growth.
• Forecast quarterly reserve estimates and coordinate reporting with Finance during Quarter Close.
• Communicate actuarial findings and present results to Executive Leadership, Claims, and Underwriting teams.
• Collaborate with the Technical Pricing team to validate professional liability rating models.
• Mentor junior actuaries and serve as a technical resource for professional growth.
• Perform periodic pricing studies and monitor rate changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in mathematics, statistics, or another analytical field.
• 3-5 years of actuarial experience preferred.
• 3+ Actuarial exams passed, preferably on the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) track.
• Must have US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to critically defend actuarial assumptions and methodologies.

• Experience with Professional Liability or Commercial Lines.
