Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Underwrite, price, and negotiate MPL accounts according to company strategy and guidelines
• Develop and expand broker relationships throughout the West Coast region to drive production
• Collaborate with the national MPL team to share knowledge and best practices
• Maintain high customer service standards and exceed quote output targets
• Travel up to 25% within the West Coast, Mid-West, and Mountain States for broker visits and industry events

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional E&O coverage
• Strong understanding of sales principles, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of delivering meaningful underwriting profit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• B.A./B.S. degree preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
