What you will do

• Proactively manage and monitor risks within Corporate Treasury, conducting risk reviews and recommending gap closures.
• Enhance the control environment by challenging existing risk and control frameworks.
• Partner with business units and technology teams to identify and resolve residual risks.
• Develop and monitor key risk metrics (KRIs) to highlight areas of concern and drive remediation efforts.
• Coordinate Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to ensure templates reflect the current risk environment.
• Collaborate with global risk managers to share best practices and integrate with Global Markets Risk Management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in risk management or financial operations.
• Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX, United States.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data analytics using metrics to identify trends.
• Proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, and SharePoint.
• Proven track record of managing operational risks and developing control enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate issues to stakeholders across various levels.
