TL;DR

Fund Origination Associate / Assistant Vice President (Fintech): Supporting the alternative investments feeder fund business with an accent on new product development, product structuring, and manager onboarding. Focus on leading the product lifecycle of alternative investment vehicles and coordinating fund launches for wealth management clients.

Location: New York, NY. Must work in the office Monday-Thursday, with flexibility to work remotely on Friday.

Salary: $90,000 – $145,000

What you will do

• Support the onboarding of new funds and coordinate across the organization to ensure successful completion.
• Prepare and maintain fund marketing materials with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Coordinate with internal Compliance and Legal teams for necessary reviews and approvals.
• Manage fund governance details and assist in various ad hoc fund launch activities.
• Lead project management for wealth management clients and service providers to launch funds on the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of product structuring experience involving fund administration, management, or custodial relationships.
• Required experience in alternative investments with a focus on various fund structures.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
