Strategic Treasury Manager

TL;DR

Strategic Treasury Manager: Support capital structure, fundraising, and derivative risk management initiatives through ownership of cash flow and debt fundraising models and compliance workstreams. What you will do

• Enhance and own direct cash flow forecast (short- and long-term) and partner with stakeholders for recurring processes and forecast accuracy.
• Serve as integral team member on debt fundraising initiatives, supporting deal structuring, due diligence, execution, and closing.
• Support risk management program through analytical work and execution of interest rate and foreign-exchange derivatives.
• Manage Treasury’s compliance reporting, including financial covenant tests and KPI dashboarding for management.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Ops, demonstrating high ownership.
• Prepare materials for investor, management, and board presentations on capital management; support monthly close and ad-hoc analyses.

Requirements

• 5+ years progressive experience; Treasury and Corporate Finance required. Investment banking or private equity a plus.
• Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities; mastery of Excel and Google Sheets (Netsuite, SAP or ERP a plus).
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial info; interact with executives.
• Business acumen, intellectual curiosity about global markets; understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP metrics.
• High ownership, detail-oriented, thrive in ambiguity, handle multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no H1-B sponsorship. U.S. person for export controls.
