What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and coach a team of SMB Account Executive Directors and Account Executives.
• Partner with the Director of Training to implement strategies for improving sales performance and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and provide precise forecasting to the sales leadership team.
• Drive revenue-generating activities to meet and exceed overall objectives for the SMB area.
• Assist with the recruitment and professional development of sales personnel.
• Conduct bi-monthly pipeline reviews and provide recommendations on personnel actions including hiring and promotions.

Requirements

• Proven experience successfully running a sales organization or territory.
• Experience managing a SaaS sales force, specifically within the IT Security space.
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach sales teams using a positive approach.
• Must be located in Arlington, VA or the Washington, DC area.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs) and MS Office (Word, Excel).
