What you will do

• Manage a team of 6+ SDRs, conducting daily meetings to set production goals and discuss prospecting changes.
• Draft and optimize new email content and prospecting schedules to garner interest in products.
• Analyze sub-statistics and maintain reporting to ensure consistent achievement of monthly pass goals.
• Coach team members to improve prospecting skills and identify areas for professional growth.
• Provide recommendations regarding the hiring, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees.
• Contribute to overall team success by meeting and exceeding individual goals.

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing sales teams.
• Mastery of closing techniques, discovery questions, prospecting, and building rapport.
• Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and sales prospecting tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Must be located in the greater Tampa Bay area.
