What you will do

  • Design and maintain complex process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures for Employee Relations and Transitions.
  • Identify and scale AI-enabled workflows, including prompt-based tools and summarization, to improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage the operational tool stack, including Zendesk, Kissflow, and Docusign, ensuring smooth rollouts and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards to monitor queue health, quality signals, and the impact of automation.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical requirements and product improvements.
  • Support new country expansions by mapping lifecycle events and dependencies across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in high-complexity tech-enabled operational teams across diverse global regions.
  • Technical expertise in workflow and data processing systems with a strong drive for automation.
  • Hands-on experience piloting and scaling AI workflows with a focus on quality, privacy, and risk.
  • Advanced data analysis skills using BI tools and a focus on operational metrics.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to independently lead projects from "scout to scale" with minimal supervision.
