What you will do

• Execute sourcing strategies for key spend categories including SaaS, Marketing, and Consulting/Contractors.
• Implement and operationalize AI-enabled procurement capabilities and automation tools like Zip.
• Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay workflows, including intake, approval routing, and contract processing.
• Oversee vendor lifecycle management, including onboarding, performance tracking, and renewal coordination.
• Partner with Finance and FP&A to support spend tracking, reporting, and budget alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with procure-to-pay platforms such as Zip, Coupa, or similar systems.
• Proven skills in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization.
