What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives, including workplan development, stakeholder alignment, financial modeling, and executive deliverables.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite, physician leaders, and board using complex operational and financial data.
• Design and facilitate cross-functional sessions, steering committees, and governance forums to drive alignment and decisions.
• Build scalable analytical frameworks and models supporting data-driven strategy across the transformation portfolio.
• Anticipate roadblocks, resolve issues, and build contingency plans while managing multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Masters in Health Administration or Business Administration with 5+ years related experience, or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience in provider organizations, physician enterprises, health systems, or radiology/imaging services.
• 5+ years project management experience; management consulting at top firms preferred.
• Track record leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives from scoping to implementation.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong communication for consulting-quality deliverables; self-starter, team player, ability to travel 10%.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, ECG, Huron, or Guidehouse.
