What you will do

• Own competitive and market intelligence across the AI landscape to produce actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Shape and manage the operating cadence for model development, including organizing decision forums and pressure-testing proposals.
• Drive compute and resource allocation across strategic priorities to maximize impact from finite resources.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, research, infrastructure, and product teams to unblock priorities.
• Author concise strategic analysis and recommendation memos for executive consumption.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Redmond, United States.
• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy.
• Proven track record of operating at pace and producing materials for senior leadership.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical teams and vice versa.
• MBA with 4+ years of experience OR a Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in strategy, finance, or consulting.
• High agency and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Nice to have

• MBA with 8+ years or Bachelor's with 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in investment banking or consultancy as an Associate or Analyst.
• 3+ years of specific experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, or Finance.
