What you will do

• Design and execute AI adoption programs to enable the TA team to effectively use AI in their workflows.
• Build TA enablement programs, including recruiter skill development, tooling onboarding, and scalable process documentation.
• Own the end-to-end enablement process for hiring managers and interviewers.
• Define success metrics for all owned programs and build dashboards to make enablement ROI visible.
• Partner cross-functionally to align TA programs with broader company strategy.

Requirements

• Experience owning learning or enablement programs end-to-end, from design to measurement and iteration.
• Active use of AI tools in daily professional workflows with the ability to teach others.
• Proven ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments.
• Professional background in or close proximity to Talent Acquisition with a deep understanding of recruiter workflows.
• Adaptable communication style tailored for different audiences.
• US-based work authorization (E-Verify participant)
