TL;DR
Director, SAT Suite Community Strategy and Implementation (EdTech): Leading the national strategy and operating model for district engagement and implementation of SAT Suite assessments with an accent on scalable systems and partner engagement. Focus on driving measurable improvements in adoption, onboarding success, and sustained district partnership growth.
Location: Remote (USA). Candidates near offices have a hybrid option. Authorization to work in the United States is required.
Salary: $80,000 - $135,000

What you will do
- Define and lead the national district engagement strategy, owning metrics for activation, implementation fidelity, and retention.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation strategy to ensure districts transition successfully to active use.
- Design and operationalize a national community engagement strategy to accelerate peer learning and SAT Suite expansion.
- Lead the SAT Suite Consultant Program as a strategic lever to maximize implementation quality and district outcomes.
- Develop a tiered support model and service strategy to ensure equitable access while prioritizing high-impact districts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and GTM teams to align strategy and resolve execution friction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in K–12 education strategy, district partnerships, implementation, or program management.
- Proven track record of building scalable operating models and implementation systems.
- Strong understanding of district procurement and lifecycle management processes.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time for business purposes.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., M.Ed., MPP, MBA) preferred.

- 7–10+ years of experience leading scalable, district-facing initiatives that drive sustained partnership growth.
