What you will do

• Act as the operational lead ("COO") for the Immunology Phase 3 program (GB-0895).
• Develop and control integrated program timelines, tracking milestones, deliverables, and stage gate decisions.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks to ensure development programs execute according to plan.
• Partner with the CMO and Finance to align objectives and track program budgets and resource plans.
• Oversee third-party vendor activities, performance metrics, and operational qualifications.
• Coach and mentor other program managers to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in life sciences or business-related field (PhD and/or MBA preferred).
• 12+ years of biopharma industry experience.
• Minimum 8 years of direct program management experience in biotechnology or pharma.
• Experience with late-stage (Phase 3) clinical programs and BLA submissions is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build alignment and drive resolution across functions.
• Proficiency in program management principles, including critical path and milestone definition.

Nice to have

• Project/program management certification.
