What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate B2B contracts with customers and partners in EMEA and APAC regions, covering hardware and software systems.
  • Identify and advise internal clients on legal risks, mitigation, and pre-litigation disputes in commercial relationships.
  • Provide legal support to the cash collection and gaming sales operations teams.
  • Support the hirify.global Legal Team in areas of Data Privacy and Subsidiary Maintenance.
  • Manage external legal counsel and contribute to global strategic legal projects.

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor in the UK
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (advanced legal degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience, with at least 2 years of relevant legal experience.
  • Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Knowledge of UK and/or EU data protection laws and regulations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to provide business-focused legal guidance.

Nice to have

  • Experience within a technology-focused organization or the gaming industry.
  • Prior in-house legal experience.
