What you will do
- Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret B2B contracts with customers and partners across the EMEA and APAC regions.
- Support commercial gaming transactions involving hardware, software systems, and related products and services.
- Provide legal guidance to cash collection and gaming sales operations teams.
- Identify legal risks, recommend mitigation, and support pre-litigation disputes and existing commercial relationships.
- Manage external legal counsel and support Data Privacy, Subsidiary Maintenance, and global legal team projects.
Requirements
- Qualified UK solicitor required.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced legal degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2 or more years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of UK and/or EU data protection laws and regulations.
- Strong commercial judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in a technology-focused organization or the gaming industry.
- Prior in-house legal experience.
