Salary: $225,000 - $280,000 Annually

What you will do
- Architect the total rewards strategy and compensation philosophy to attract and retain top talent across engineering, product, and G&A.
- Design scalable infrastructure, including systems, processes, and frameworks, to support growth from 350 to 1,200+ global employees.
- Establish operational excellence in workflows and service standards to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes and precise data flow.
- Build workforce analytics capabilities, utilizing dashboards and scorecards to provide leadership with insights on retention risk and competitiveness.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and board on compensation matters and talent investment strategies.
- Hire and lead a high-performing team of specialists across compensation, benefits, people operations, and HR systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, or HR leadership.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Experience building Total Rewards infrastructure during periods of significant growth, ideally within technology or high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in equity compensation, job architecture, and market benchmarking.
- Strong command of HR systems and data infrastructure, including experience leading system implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence and hands-on execution.
