What you will do

• Architect the total rewards strategy and compensation philosophy to attract and retain top talent across engineering, product, and G&A.
• Design scalable infrastructure, including systems, processes, and frameworks, to support growth from 350 to 1,200+ global employees.
• Establish operational excellence in workflows and service standards to ensure seamless employee lifecycle processes and precise data flow.
• Build workforce analytics capabilities, utilizing dashboards and scorecards to provide leadership with insights on retention risk and competitiveness.
• Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and board on compensation matters and talent investment strategies.
• Hire and lead a high-performing team of specialists across compensation, benefits, people operations, and HR systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, or HR leadership.
• At least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience building Total Rewards infrastructure during periods of significant growth, ideally within technology or high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in equity compensation, job architecture, and market benchmarking.
• Strong command of HR systems and data infrastructure, including experience leading system implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence and hands-on execution.
