Salary: $290,000 — $350,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives to meet or exceed ARR and unit sales quotas.
  • Execute the go-to-market strategy by driving tactics aligned with specified business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Business Development to coordinate messaging and prospecting.
  • Represent the company with high-priority customers, prospects, partners, and trade associations.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs for pipeline development, trial starts, and new hire ramp-up time.
  • Forecast bookings accurately and lead cross-functional deal teams to win critical opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex quota-carrying sales teams (Enterprise Account Executives).
  • Proven experience managing large quotas of $10M+ ARR.
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and building deep customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
