Salary: $72K - $80K base + bonus

What you will do
- Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals and achieve overall objectives in the market.
- Manage partnerships with distributors, food brokers, and retailers.
- Conduct weekly route rides with DSD partners to pinpoint opportunities for underperforming accounts.
- Implement and execute incentive programs to guide distributor organizations in achieving sales objectives.
- Actively identify and open new accounts, securing secondary points of purchase and shelf expansion.
- Collaborate with field-marketing teams to create comprehensive plans to increase market share.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City with a clean driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
- Ability to think rapidly and thrive in a growing, early-stage startup environment.
- Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously from beginning to end.

- Experience with team collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
