What you will do

• Lead Finance Operations initiatives across P2P, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
• Translate strategic priorities into coordinated, actionable execution plans.
• Govern the enterprise Finance Operations roadmap, balancing business impact, risk, and capacity.
• Identify and resolve interdependencies across functions, regions, and shared services to prevent delays.
• Establish governance protocols, rhythm, and reporting for Finance Operations programs.
• Partner with Finance leaders, Technology, and Compliance to provide executive-level communication on progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in finance operations, transformation, strategy, or program management.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, Payroll, and Shared Services processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
• Executive-level communication and collaborator management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale transformation, automation, or operating model redesign.
• Background in shared services, global operations, or matrixed organizations.
• PMP, Agile, or Lean certification.
