Senior HR Business Partner (Crypto)

Location: United States

Salary: $171,000–$300,000 per year, plus potential performance bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits.

What you will do

• Advise senior and C-suite leaders on people strategies that support business goals and organizational health.
• Lead talent management initiatives covering performance enablement, succession planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
• Facilitate talent calibration, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Use people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and improve engagement, productivity, and team performance.
• Lead change management initiatives during organizational and leadership changes.
• Collaborate with HRBP peers and cross-functional HR teams on scalable global programs and end-to-end initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of HR experience, including HR business partnering and work with C-suite leaders.
• Experience supporting crypto, fintech, or financial-institution businesses in regulated and rapidly changing environments.
• Experience supporting global, cross-cultural teams and navigating time zones and cultural differences.
• Proven experience managing performance, talent strategy, organizational change, and complex senior-leader issues.
• Strong communication, influence, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to apply AI tools to HR workflows, people analytics, and workforce planning.

• Experience with occasional international travel.
