What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations for agency, marketplace, and brand marketer partners throughout AUNZ.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Operations, Analytics, and Technical Ops to drive performance.
• Execute operational tasks such as performance monitoring, report creation, and internal system updates.
• Analyze data and reporting tools to identify key insights for clients to expand their partnership value.
• Develop deep knowledge of streaming TV challenges and agency hold-co business models.
• Facilitate internal communication to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and client needs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in digital media with a proven track record in client-facing roles.
• Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid work model.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office programs.
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to solve customer problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with DOMO, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
