Applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents including Devin, the first AI software engineer, and Windsurf, the AI-native IDE.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and activation for early-stage and enterprise companies.
  • Navigate layered customer organizations, engaging C-suite executives, tech/AI leaders, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies for sourcing, demoing, and closing opportunities in complex buying environments.
  • Understand customer technical pain points, qualify use cases, and deploy Devin to large tech organizations.
  • Discover new use cases and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
  • Generate pipeline and revenue while building the technical sales organization.

Requirements

  • Track record of success selling deeply technical products to enterprise customers.
  • Technical experience as a software engineer, sales engineer, or forward deployed engineer, or exceptional ability to learn complex technical problems.
  • Thrive in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments with fast growth in scope.
  • Demonstrated exceptional ability to learn.

Nice to have

  • Previously founded a startup.
  • Sourced and closed large, complex enterprise software deals.
  • Were a software engineer or sales engineer, or studied computer science before moving to go-to-market roles.
  • Competitive, ambitious personality thriving in high-intensity environments.
