What you will do
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of core performance management programs, including goal setting, check-ins, and calibration processes.
- Manage end-to-end execution of performance initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with HRBPs, HRIS, and L&D to deliver seamless performance cycles and tools for a global workforce.
- Analyze performance data and trends to identify risks and recommend actionable improvements for the organization.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance on career navigation and skill development.
- Develop executive-ready communications and storytelling materials to explain the strategy behind performance programs.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in performance management, talent management, or HR.
- Hands-on experience implementing performance programs within a scaled, matrixed organization.
- Proven people-management experience, including coaching and developing talent.
- Proficiency in HR technology platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, or SuccessFactors.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in or able to work in New York City (Hybrid).
