Salary: $115,000 - $155,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of core performance management programs, including goal setting, check-ins, and calibration processes.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of performance initiatives, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with HRBPs, HRIS, and L&D to deliver seamless performance cycles and tools for a global workforce.
  • Analyze performance data and trends to identify risks and recommend actionable improvements for the organization.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance on career navigation and skill development.
  • Develop executive-ready communications and storytelling materials to explain the strategy behind performance programs.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in performance management, talent management, or HR.
  • Hands-on experience implementing performance programs within a scaled, matrixed organization.
  • Proven people-management experience, including coaching and developing talent.
  • Proficiency in HR technology platforms such as Workday, Dayforce, or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be based in or able to work in New York City (Hybrid).
