What you will do

• Supervise, train, motivate, and appraise the front of house and mailroom teams.
• Manage outsourced service providers, including overseeing the re-tendering process.
• Coordinate and record monthly service partner meetings, ensuring service levels/KPI’s are maintained.
• Manage internal events held in the bar or event-space.
• Manage purchase & stock control of consumables.
• Lead and implement on environmental/green Facilities related initiatives.

Requirements

• At least five years’ experience within the Facilities environment, including at least two years at Facilities Co-ordinator level or higher.
• Health & Safety qualifications at IOSHH level or higher.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer care.
• Good knowledge of working with Windows computers, the Microsoft Office Suite, and Google applications.
• Strong managerial experience, and excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
• Proactive and conscientious, with a keen eye for detail.

Nice to have

• Two or more years experience in management of Facilities services.
• A proactive outlook with regards implementing new ideas and systems to improve both the general workplace environment and the processes used to achieve daily tasks.
