What you will do

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HVP project team.
• Manage timesheet entries, agency worker queries, and allocation reconciliations.
• Raise purchase orders via SAP and resolve invoice queries.
• Process Goods Receipt Notification (GRN) documentation and manage site office supplies.
• Handle sensitive personnel data in compliance with GDPR requirements.
• Coordinate site office facilities, visitor management, and safety communication boards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an Administrator or Site Support role.
• Must hold a valid driving licence and CCNSG safety passport.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
