What you will do

• Execute primary research initiatives, including writing briefs, programming surveys, and moderating engagements.
• Synthesize insights from primary and secondary research to influence business actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional analytics teams to develop holistic customer narratives for internal stakeholders.
• Implement new research technologies and techniques to evolve the Customer Insights discipline.
• Manage research communities, project recruiting, and brand health tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer/marketing research or analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer) and MS Office.
• Expertise in advanced quantitative methodologies such as segmentation, Max/Diff, and Conjoint.
• Experience moderating qualitative engagements such as focus groups and IDIs.
• Willingness to travel quarterly (domestic US).
