Salary: $40,000 – $75,000

What you will do
- Research and clear copyright permissions for AP Assessments, making determinations on fair use and public domain.
- Manage the full cycle of permission requests, including rightsholder correspondence, contract signatures, and payment.
- Partner with course teams and product managers to maintain accurate copyright tracking and credit lines.
- Handle copyright violation reports and manage the removal of unauthorized online content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and iterate on permissions management practices and tools.
Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- 4+ years of experience in copyright permissions and/or licensing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Deep understanding of copyright law, including public domain and fair use processes.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet and MS Excel.
- Ability to travel 4-6 times a year to company offices for business purposes.
