Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Drive sales and market adoption of Prospera and Renasight tests within transplant centers.
• Engage with transplant specialists, nephrologists, and key decision-makers to integrate diagnostics into clinical practice.
• Develop and execute tailored business plans to optimize territory growth and resource allocation.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility.
• Represent the company with technical expertise in genetic testing and laboratory diagnostics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive business growth in a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive sales experience in diagnostics or transplant-related specialties.
• Deep understanding of transplant settings or specialty medicine.
• Proven track record of closing deals and driving growth in complex sales environments.
• Must be able to travel 3-4 days per week within the designated territory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
