Salary: $100,000–$145,000+ (base salary + monthly bonus)

What you will do

• Drive key sales initiatives by introducing new processes, underwriting criteria, and sales techniques.
• Inspire and elevate your team through ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support onboarding and development of new hires.
• Ensure your team consistently hits Unit Quotas, Close Rates, and QA standards.
• Model excellent pipeline management and call volume expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of inside sales management experience (call center experience strongly preferred).
• Ability to work evenings and at least one weekend day.
• A proactive, motivating leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suite.
• A talent for building strong partnerships across teams and communicating expectations clearly.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects while staying focused and organized.
