Salary: $63,200 - $108,200 USD

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Faculty Ambassador program, including onboarding and engagement tracking.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to drive product adoption in high-opportunity institutional accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for RFPs and institutional partnership proposals.
• Develop customer success stories and efficacy assets to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase program scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in EdTech, higher education, or program management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Philadelphia, PA.
• Strong cross-functional experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
