Salary: $130,000 - $150,000

What you will do
- Own BD accounts tracker, pipeline tracker, opportunity map, and standardized contract documentation.
- Build and maintain pipeline dashboards, reporting, and performance trend analysis.
- Prepare executive-ready materials, translate pipeline insights, and support forecasting with Finance.
- Project manage legal documentation and support board-level growth reporting.
- Contribute to strategic planning through data-driven market prioritization and scenario modeling.
- Drive team operating rhythm by owning agendas, action tracking, and meeting improvements.
- Maintain pitch deck library, ensure version control, data accuracy, and customization for opportunities.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years in program management, business operations, BD operations, management consulting, or related field
- Demonstrated experience supporting Business Development or Sales teams
- Strong analytical and dashboarding skills with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, pipeline reporting; expertise in AI tools for business processes
- Advanced presentation skills for executive-level slides and narratives
- Ability to understand commercial context, deal structures, and client requirements
- Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational rigor
