Salary: $145,600–$270,400 annually

What you will do
- Lead development and execution of Precision Health initiatives focused on laboratory partnerships, diagnostic workflows, and clinical decision-support solutions.
- Identify gaps in testing processes and translate healthcare challenges into scalable solutions for providers and patients.
- Oversee selection, onboarding, governance, and management of external laboratory and diagnostic partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with therapeutic leaders, field teams, and stakeholders to align initiatives and optimize resources.
- Design, pilot, and scale innovative diagnostic programs to improve workflow efficiency and care delivery.
- Build relationships with laboratory industry leaders and evaluate market trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare technology.
- Proven expertise in project management, strategic partnerships, alliance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with diagnostic workflows, clinical decision support, laboratory partnerships, or healthcare technology integrations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical concepts to diverse audiences and executives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
