What you will do
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and map end-to-end workflows across Planning, Investment, Analytics, and Finance.
- Create detailed process documentation including swimlane diagrams, service blueprints, and journey maps.
- Translate workflow insights into structured product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Partner with the Product Owner to prioritize the portal backlog based on user impact and technical feasibility.
- Define and track adoption metrics for new features to validate that discovered problems are solved.
- Coordinate with Foundational Data and AI & Automation workstreams to align infrastructure and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or a similar requirement-gathering role.
- Proven ability to synthesize qualitative input from both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating actionable process documentation (journey maps, service blueprints).
- Strong proficiency in writing user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Comfort working within Agile product development workflows and backlog prioritization.
- Data literacy, including the ability to read ERDs and discuss API integration points.
Nice to have
- Experience in media, advertising, or marketing technology (MarTech).
- Exposure to product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo.
- Familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake or Tableau at a conceptual level.
- Experience building technology specifically for non-technical end users.
