What you will do

• Lead and execute project implementations across the North America region.
• Manage project timelines and address dependencies between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Act as a technical resource for key strategic customers and CSMs during regular meetings.
• Monitor and ensure high data quality, proactively alerting customers to potential issues.
• Develop deep domain expertise to solve customer challenges using data and technology.
• Balance high-level strategy with hands-on implementation and customer support work.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in technical project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful implementations for business and technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Salesforce, or Lucidchart.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical domain preferred.
