Location: Remote (Canada)
Salary: $76,000 – $81,000 CAD annually

What you will do
- Lead clients through the onboarding process, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and project timelines.
- Act as the primary client advocate, ensuring successful resolution of onboarding issues and maximizing solution value.
- Facilitate requirements discussions and document end-to-end business and financial integration needs.
- Collaborate with Software Development and upper management to advocate for product enhancements and resolve complex issues.
- Create and deliver brand-specific training content and conduct client training sessions.
- Use Salesforce, JIRA, and Asana to track interactions, manage task execution, and provide business reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management and client facilitation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Must be dedicated to be available on-call 24/7.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to make independent decisions and take calculated risks.
- Ability to coordinate several projects with multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Project Management Certification.
- College degree.
- Experience with Gym/Health club Management Software (MMS).
- Bilingual language skills.
