TL;DR

Enterprise Onboarding Project Manager (SaaS): Managing integration requirements and client onboarding for fitness software solutions with an accent on stakeholder communication and project lifecycle management. Focus on coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver system solutions, ensuring client value maximization, and documenting end-to-end integration requirements.

Location: Remote (Canada)

Salary: $76,000 – $81,000 CAD annually

What you will do

  • Lead clients through the onboarding process, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and project timelines.
  • Act as the primary client advocate, ensuring successful resolution of onboarding issues and maximizing solution value.
  • Facilitate requirements discussions and document end-to-end business and financial integration needs.
  • Collaborate with Software Development and upper management to advocate for product enhancements and resolve complex issues.
  • Create and deliver brand-specific training content and conduct client training sessions.
  • Use Salesforce, JIRA, and Asana to track interactions, manage task execution, and provide business reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project management and client facilitation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be dedicated to be available on-call 24/7.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make independent decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Ability to coordinate several projects with multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Project Management Certification.
  • College degree.
  • Experience with Gym/Health club Management Software (MMS).
  • Bilingual language skills.
