What you will do
- Manage client communications, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and appropriate escalations.
- Analyze client data, trends, and performance metrics to generate insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop customer-facing reports, presentations, and materials to convey recommendations and value.
- Support cross-functional initiatives regarding onboarding, implementation, and process improvements.
- Partner with operations, analytics, product, and clinical teams to solve complex client challenges.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews both internally and with external clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in account management, client success, healthcare operations, or consulting.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proven experience collaborating with both business and operational teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Nice to have
- Healthcare domain experience, specifically working with health plans.
- Familiarity with Mac, Google Suite, Confluence, and JIRA.
- Experience supporting strategic client implementations or operational process improvements.
- Project management experience involving multiple stakeholders.
