TL;DR

Account Manager (Healthcare SaaS): Driving growth and expansion of SMB and enterprise accounts within the healthcare cloud interoperability sector with an accent on revenue retention and cross-selling AI and SaaS solutions. Focus on negotiating long-term contracts, analyzing account data to prevent churn, and coordinating large-deal strategies.

Location: Fully remote within the U.S.

Salary: $50,000–$85,000 USD annually plus commission

What you will do

  • Identify revenue expansion and new business opportunities through cross-selling and add-ons of AI and healthcare-specific SaaS.
  • Negotiate long-term contracts (36-60 months) to increase monthly recurring revenue.
  • Perform ongoing data analysis to identify opportunities and prevent potential cancellations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Legal, Product, and Marketing to coordinate large-deal strategies and sales campaigns.
  • Meet critical KPIs and quota attainment through consistent revenue retention and growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with SaaS and/or UCaaS platforms.
  • 2+ years of experience in account management and B2B sales.
  • 2+ years of experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • 2+ years of experience presenting to department leaders via phone and video conference.
  • Ability to achieve and maintain a security clearance with the U.S. Government.
  • Must be based in the U.S.; no sponsorship is provided.
