Location: Fully remote within the U.S.
Salary: $50,000–$85,000 USD annually plus commission

What you will do
- Identify revenue expansion and new business opportunities through cross-selling and add-ons of AI and healthcare-specific SaaS.
- Negotiate long-term contracts (36-60 months) to increase monthly recurring revenue.
- Perform ongoing data analysis to identify opportunities and prevent potential cancellations.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Legal, Product, and Marketing to coordinate large-deal strategies and sales campaigns.
- Meet critical KPIs and quota attainment through consistent revenue retention and growth.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience with SaaS and/or UCaaS platforms.
- 2+ years of experience in account management and B2B sales.
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- 2+ years of experience presenting to department leaders via phone and video conference.
- Ability to achieve and maintain a security clearance with the U.S. Government.
- Must be based in the U.S.; no sponsorship is provided.
