What you will do
- Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with assigned Southern California accounts.
- Lead full sales cycles including qualifying opportunities, presentations, demos, RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
- Collaborate with presales, partners, professional services, and customer success teams to deliver wins.
- Engage customers and partners strategically to maintain high service levels.
- Pursue leads, update Salesforce, and foster deep territory knowledge of customers, competitors, and influencers.
Requirements
- Must be based in California, USA for remote work.
- Skilled in discovery calls, qualifying opportunities, and presenting value proposition.
- Proficient in competitive positioning vs. Microsoft, Okta, Saviynt.
- Experience leading virtual teams (presales, partners, deal desk, etc.) as quarterback.
- Strong Salesforce hygiene, accurate forecasting, and territory/opportunity planning.
- Ability to navigate discussions across customer organization levels.
