Strategic Sales Executive (Identity Security): Sell hirify.global's Identity Security solutions to payers and providers in Michigan with an accent on competitive positioning against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt. Location: Remote (Michigan, USA); must target Michigan customers, 50% business travel expected

Salary: $109,200 - $184,080 (USD base for US-based employees)

What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with assigned Michigan territory.
  • Lead sales cycles including qualifying opportunities, presentations, demos, RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partners, presales, and post-sale teams for customer success.
  • Foster deep territory knowledge of customers, prospects, partners, and competitors.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting and hygiene.

Requirements

  • Skilled communicator for discovery calls and prospect needs analysis.
  • Proficient in presenting hirify.global value vs. competitors like Microsoft, Okta, Saviynt.
  • Experience leading virtual teams (presales, partners, deal desk, professional services).
  • Ability to create territory/opportunity plans and quarterback sales processes.
  • Focus on Michigan payers and providers; 50% travel.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or sales preferred.
