What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to build a robust pipeline and achieve sales objectives.
- Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles using the Land & Expand model to secure new logos.
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly articulate business value.
- Partner with public cloud providers (AWS, Google, Microsoft Azure) to drive growth opportunities.
- Mentor Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and collaborate with Field Marketing.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and adhere to forecasting guidelines.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in markets such as Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML.
- Must be based in the Southeast US.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Deep understanding of commercial open-source, on-premise, and SaaS hybrid business models.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
