Salary: $107,200 – $160,800

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for major strategic accounts, maintaining high-level executive relationships.
• Drive revenue growth and retention within national named accounts by selling hirify.global's solution portfolio.
• Identify and qualify long-term and short-term business opportunities while addressing competitive threats.
• Lead complex negotiations, prepare formal proposals, and coordinate decision-making processes to close sales.
• Manage and develop strategic partnerships with Systems Integrators, Service Providers, and VARs.
• Collaborate with internal sales support teams to coordinate account strategy and ensure accurate forecasting in Salesforce.

Requirements

• 8+ years of direct experience in a relevant account management environment.
• Must be located within the St. Louis Area.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of solution selling in complex matrix environments.
• Specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably hirify.global.
• Ability to travel up to 50% via automobile and airplane.
