TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Healthcare SaaS): Oversee account health, retention, and growth for post-acute care providers with an accent on driving adoption, expansion, and solving business challenges. Focus on building strategic relationships with customer champions, mitigating risks to business goals, and mapping platform capabilities to their needs.

Location: Remote - United States. Willingness to travel up to 10% on-site with customers.

What you will do

  • Own a book of business to drive retention and growth rates.
  • Develop understanding of customer business challenges and map hirify.global capabilities to address them.
  • Engage customers to execute their success plan effectively.
  • Manage renewals and expansions to meet net retention goals.
  • Facilitate implementation kickoffs and identify/mitigate risks with account teams.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships for advocacy and collect customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record owning customer relationships from onboarding to renewal.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to grasp product and customer technical requirements.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and relationship skills.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and proficiency in client success/sales software.
  • Ability to manage relationships at various levels and navigate conflict.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare tech: post-acute care, HME/infusion, claims data analysis, EHR integrations.
  • Passion for value-based care and healthcare policy.
