What you will do

• Perform laser and optic alignment and calibration of instruments within a product family.
• Utilize logical troubleshooting techniques to repair instruments and troubleshoot PCB assemblies.
• Maintain quality documentation to ensure strict process flow and control.
• Identify, segregate, and report trends regarding non-conforming materials.
• Train other team members in designated operations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics (two-year vocational education) or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret analog and digital circuit schematic diagrams.
• Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to follow written, graphic, and pictorial procedures.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Longmont, CO.

Nice to have

• At least six months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
