Compensation: $28.00 - $43.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment issues.
• Assemble, install, and test new production equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records using an electronic logging system.
• Coordinate spare parts procurement and collaborate with equipment vendors and service providers.
• Participate in an on-call rotation every other weekend.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance.
• High school diploma or technical certification.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and manuals.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (ITAR compliance).

Nice to have

• Experience with high-precision placement equipment such as wire bonders, vacuum pumps, or chillers.
• Familiarity with optical components and alignment.
• Experience in medical device or optical manufacturing environments.
