What you will do

• Integrate subassemblies and components into complex system builds to prepare for functional testing.
• Interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics for precise assembly.
• Utilize precision measurement tools including torque wrenches, DMMs, and height standards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to resolve complex issues.
• Manage the disassembly and packing of systems for shipment to customers.
• Identify and propose improvements for safety, manufacturing processes, and 6S standards.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in assembly and troubleshooting complex systems.
• Ability to work second shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM).
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and control systems.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Nice to have

• Associate’s degree in technical engineering or a background in Technical Field Service.
• Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
